Could it be that the vax is, truly, just saline and that everyone, regardless of vax status, has an equal chance of catching COVID?
In other words, if 60% are vaxxed and 40% are not, then it would come as no surprise that 60% of the vaxxed are admitted with COVID, and 40% that were unvaxxed were admitted, as no one would actually be vaxxed.
It's probably not this simple, but I'm throwing this out here, nonetheless.
The absolute risk reduction for the AZ vaccine is only 1.5%. Pfizer is only 0.84%. Not sure if they had J&J over there too, but AZ has the highest ARR.

Whatever is in the "vax" you are quite right it makes no difference to being labelled as a COVID19 patient or not. According to the UK figures which may or may not have any relationship with the truth.
All my friends and family have been injected and so far I have not personally seen any of them with confirmed side effects. Although have to say some of them are acting slightly weird but I can't definitely say what caused that.

If what the SALK study indicates about the spike protein is true, then the mRNA vaccines turn the body into permanent COVID factories, and the other vaccines turn it into a temporary COVID factory.
Remember, none of what goes into these vaccines attenuates (weakens) the spike protein. They ALL operate on the assumption that the spike protein is a transmission mechanism that confers no harm, and that by making your body accustomed to it you are protected from the "virus" (that has not been studied yet as it was never isolated).
I believe the spike protein is what is harming people. The vaccinated are essentially getting COVID 19 full force.
I was wondering something similar. In Israel its something like 90%+ are vaxxed, but the hospitalizations are also around 60% for vaxxed. So this would be somewhat of a counterargument - proportionately, there are LESS vaxxed hospitalized. Just food for thought.

So what detail is missing? That the count of 99% includes all those hospitalized before the vaccine or that they keep changing what fully vaccinated means?
Similar for our area. But no one is tracking it. Hosp admin seem to be purposefully avoiding it. Earlier on our data showed percentage vaxxed and admitted to hospital matched those numbers of who were vaccinated in all surrounding counties. Access to this data would raise red flags if gathered now.

Pfizer's own research paper showed their drug only reduced the chances of getting a symptom (that is presumed to be Covid-related, but not proven) by LESS THAN 1%.
