Not surprising, since the experimental drug (it's not a "vaccine" at all) has nothing whatsoever to do with stopping someone from contracting an illness.

Pfizer's own research paper showed their drug only reduced the chances of getting a symptom (that is presumed to be Covid-related, but not proven) by LESS THAN 1%.
