Don't think so. We are a strong-minded group of people and won't be manipulated into following anyone. Personally, I really don't care much for Shapiro... his rapid-fire talking in that irritating nasal drone of his... I just have to turn him off. I might agree with some of what he says but can't stand listening to the guy.
Lately in our local area, the spot once held by Rush is now home to the Dan Bongino Show and I have seriously been listening to him. Good stuff there, and I tune in whenever I can. He knows his stuff.
Shapiro is too clever by half, gets really annoying. Used to listen to Bongino a lot but started to have doubts, not entirely sure he is on the Trump Q train. And he does belabour points ad nauseam. Never trusted his Parler promoting either.
To his credit Bongino parted ways with Parler when they cucked out, he's addressed it a few times on the show.
Bongino is the fucking man.
Lars Larson is a better journalist, Bongino is either a rookie who hasn't found his style or a DS limited hangout. Just because he gets fiery and sweats a bunch doesn't mean he's telling the whole truth. He works for Fox news now, would you work for the devil?

I agree that they are setting him up as the poster boy for the "right", but he is the old, sleeping right. MAGAMinds™ are way beyond the old 2 party system. He won't be a factor going forward.

I listen to him once in awhile when I am in my car and he is on the radio. There are somethings I agree with him on but I can't stand how he pushed masks, pushes vaccines, pushes that Covid is dangerous, and repeats there is no voter fraud. He also is not a Trump supporter. He was very vocal on how he didn't like Trump up until right before the second election when he finally stated he would vote for him but blames Trump's personality on his loss.
Daily Wire recently hired Candace Owens. She is much more willing to talk “conspiracy” than Ben. But her shows through the Daily Wire are actually rather boring.

I personally think Ben is in our side but 1) thinks Israel can do wrong (he’s Jewish) 2) way too pro vaccine (wife’s a doctor) 3) doesn’t cover anything electron fraud related (he’s a lawyer with a stick up his ass)
I could be wrong. But I find him as a nice balance to stay in tune with what mainstream conservatives are thinking.
Doesn’t mean I agree with everything he says. Just a dose of reality. I think it’s healthy to still listen to others. Doesn’t mean I take to heart everything he says.
He's a neocon. He shares some agreements with us, but is just a different form of authoritarian in the end. There are some things he gets right, but I wouldn't spend much time looking for the deeper truths with him. He seems like more of a gatekeeper type - talks about symptoms of the broken system while avoiding getting to the causes.
In many ways he's a right-wing Tim Pool. He even had Tim on his show last year before the election and it almost felt like he was just talking to his alternate-universe self.
Candace is another one that I'm not in line with any more. She's had a makeover since her baby and is being groomed for success - new hair, new clothes, and someone did a look into her husband and he's deep state. Plus the news articles always say ' Candace destroyed "someone" as if she's a truth missile. NOT. Both Candace and Ben are puppets.

I think Shapiro is the poster child for controlled opposition. His "Holier than Thou" attitude and his super fast talking piss me off. Even if I agree with him on certain points, he still pisses me off. For whatever reason, my bullshit detector goes off when I listen to him. I truly believe he's the last guy that should represent anyone.
