I just made an appointment with my doctor to try and get a medical exemption. Will decide next steps after that. Please keep us unvaxxed employees in your prayers! We are going to need them! God Bless!

I'm working on getting a medical exemption first. If that doesn't work - then I will go down that road.
If they don't back down, make them fire or dismiss you. That way you have legal recourse for wrongful dismissal. If you just leave, out of frustration or because of the various social pressures, you will have limited legal options. The employers want the non-compliant to leave on their own so the employer avoids liability.
Yep. Always get fired. Let them pull the trigger and lawyer up.
Also, remember to print any e-mails so you have them after they turn off your access.
And consult the steward and business agent on how to take notes the proper way
Not everyone is a union member.
The site has a legal letter printed up......print it, sign it. When the boss reads it heโll think twice and poop in his pants.....

Sorry took me a few tries to figure out how to post that
This is hill to die on, don't squirm around it by trying to sneak by with an exemption. Stand tall in direct opposition. You aren't alone ๐๐บ๐ฒ
Did they put their demand in writing?
If they refuse, make sure you take videos or at the very least audios of all conversations. Document everything. Suits are notorious for saying, "If I didn't give it to you in writing, then I didn't say it" with a sh*t eating grin on their face.
Good luck. Will keep you and all unvaxed in my prayers.
exactly turn on your phone and record them and give them this document

Work it in parallel, don't put yourself at risk, this is why I contacted an attorney now. I don't want to sue, but if I need to - I am better positioned.
