My husband keeps saying we've "lost the mask war". Of course, I haven't worn a mask in over a year and he finally saw that lightning wasn't striking me dead and he stopped wearing his too. I keep telling him that I see fewer and fewer people wearing them out at the stores but it's like he's focussing more on the face half full (of mask) instead of half-empty and I'm the opposite. I do all the shopping anyway and I can assure him, we may have lost some dummies but we've also gained some braver souls.
