Pretty sure download is correct. If it's coming from the internet to your personal computer it's a download. You don't "upload" something to your computer, you "download" it.
When I upload something to my seedbox it's still coming from the internet, but it's going to a server in another country. Upload is the correct term, the direction relates to your person. If you are personally recieving it you are downloading. If the file is going from you to Honduras or Facebook or Instagram you are uploading it. You don't download your picture to instagram.

depends if you are pulling it into your computer (download), or someone is pushing it into your computer (upload).
