3rd is Pompeo, is my guess. He was 1st in class West Point, Head of CIA (I believe recruited for that by the 7 Generals/Admirals of Q) to collect intel for the white hats, and as Secretary of State, he was involved in many of the peace deals in the middle east.
I know having been head of CIA makes him suspect to many here - but I disagree. Trump was courted (groomed?) for years and eventually recruited by the Generals of the Q team. Remember the 2012 tweets of crooked voting machines? Remember the very early tweets of Obama's origins? Trump publicly considered a run for presidency for many, many years.
The point is, I believe Pompeo was groomed and recruited for his position in this war, all the way since his graduation from West Point.
