I work for a large company of about 250,000 employee's and they are ratcheting up the vax rhetoric every week. They basically have said they are weighing the legal ramifications and when the FDA approves it they will be making mandatory immediately. Im pretty distraught about it and would like to find a nurse that would 'help me out', but I have no idea how to go about that.
Employee in big company here as well. I’m waiting for it to happen, but felt it important to speak up and at least be heard before they take that step.
Sent letters to ethics today.
Don’t expect a change, but making my concerns heard. I’ll leave when they mandate. Hell, someone will need to home school the kids when the schools mandate it.
Same here, they want us “the Un’s” to continue wearing a mask... however we have been losing employees like crazy just lost 5 last week. Off to better opportunities!
They also tell us that there’s a labor shortage and it’s an employees’ market out there right now. Someone tell it to the employers who are fagging out on the vaxx
I wonder what California state employees will do? They have a "choice" of vaxx or weekly nasal swabs. I bet when the FDA approves the jab it will become "mandatory":
Prob millions of jobs openings to fill if they only want vaccinated people. Hopefully people don’t give in and then they’ll have to change their policy. If people have a job now that looks like they’ll be mandated in the near future they should be looking to getting into another line of work, become self employed or somehow self sustaining. Start stocking up on food now, selling needless things and prepare for a future where you may not have a job for a while.
Whatever happened to we can fight because its under the Emergency Use Authorization and cant be mandated? Did that just go out the window? People giving up on the constitution or has that proven to be false.
I work for a global company. Literally, we are worldwide in the chemical industry. We are so short handed right now, it'll take us til '22 to get enough people in general to fill slots. Since it's a requirement by union rules to work the outside job(3yrs) before getting to train on the inside, and we currently only have 4 certified on the inside(normally 8), I'm pretty secure, for now. I'm one of the 4, so it's kind of a leveraging tool to stave off the experimental injection.
That’s when we’re unemployed with time on our hands to protest like they do.
Time to open up a new economy.
And a new Gov...

They could help you out until boosters are required. Best to just put your foot down.
Religious exemption... google it and get it notarized for your state.
Start looking for a new job, now.
Find another job.
Possibly find a naturopath doctor

I've got a pension I'm keeping my eye on. But I'm looking, nevertheless.
Is mandatory jabs the precipice?

I dunno. But where I work they can't find help vaxxed or unvaxxed. Nobody is looking for work as long as the gvt is paying them more to stay home
I work 100% remote and moving to the country. Good luck getting me to take the poison.
Thats the irony of it..Im remote as well and they are still going to mandate it.
They didn't even drug test me for my job. Fat chance they'll force a jab.
They didn't drug test me either, but they're definitely mandating the vax here.

The VA is too.
I think they’ll just move to red states. At least that’s what seems to be happening in Florida.

That operates under the assumption that businesses can survive laying off/training lots of people.
I don't think we have the economy for it, honestly. This will be equally hard on employers; not just employees.
Employers seem to be ready and willing to sacrifice money for authoritarian "values" lately.
I work for a large company. Employer sent a letter saying they will not mandate the shot to return to the office.
But they can change their mind any day... I am prepared to start my own company if that happens.
My strategy so far has been to avoid all conversations at work about the shots. I just change the subject and ask how their weekend went.
Great depression.
That's what the gulags are for. Slave labour.
There now, you see Dr. Pepe knows better...
Well, there are ALL those illegals streaming in .......................
So far so good for me.
