Homeschooling is the answer. not easy, but there are a bunch of frogs on this board who have done, have considered doing it, are in the process of doing it, lots to learn here.
And give the schoolboard a massive dose of your mind on the matter, don't let them off the hook!
Well, I work full time and my wife doesn't want to do that so I'm kind of stuck. I definitely would be for it (and tried convincing her), but she's not on board and it's a little late now.
Smh, will never understand the “wife said I can’t do this” shit that’s plaguing modern marriages, do men have ANY authority these days? Does your “wife” not care what YOU want?
No wonder I’m not married, does your wife even work?
He’s gotta be under 40. All 3 of our sons have wives who carry the brass….in every way. We can’t figure it out! My husband and I didn’t raise them to be cucks and I have always deferred to my husband as he was and still is the head of our home. He wants and respects my input and opinions. We are equals in the decisions that affected our family but he’s the boss and I think it’s sexy as hell! He’s 73, retired military, still has the body of a 30 year old and can still whip all 3 of our grown sons ass if he wanted to and there have been times I thought he was. This younger generation has turned into a bunch of candy assed pussies
A tough situation, perhaps you can organize a group of parents and go battle the board on this.
It'll take time to convince the wife, but perhaps there are a group of parents in your community circle who may be interested in some form of homeschooling - lots of ways to do it.
No mask on kids, that stuff will scar them for life. I've seen my nephews growing up now with fear and uncertainty, the mask has become a piece of cloth to either hide behind, or it's part of the 'normalcy' of life. They believe there is an invisible enemy which is dangerous, and of course this is all the picture painted by their parents and the teachers in school.
Funny how when kids play, the masks come off, they run... play.. smile and laugh.
My problem with homeschooling is also that I pay my taxes. My children should get to use them too! If we all just homeschool, then they wind up with tons of funding and us nothing!
There are plenty more on the internet for you to show your wife. As a mother, my thought is that if you take the angle of "look at the risks of doing this to our child" rather than "I think you should..." you might have more success in changing her mind. Find every article - in fact, go to naturalnews.com and see what Mike Adams has to say about masks and what they do to kids. Appeal to her sense of worry for/protection of her child. Once you get the mama bear growling, you might see a change of heart.
If she still won't budge, consider putting your child(ren) in private school - they are less likely than the public schools to force masks on the kids. I am fortunate enough that my son was able to attend a private school all last year and never had to mask up in school. That was the answer for us, we thank God every day for it - maybe it's something to think about for your kid(s). My son got to have a more normal life than the vast majority of his peers last year.

Does your wife want to mask up her 5 year old for 6 hours a day?

Nothing is never to late and that's what they want you to believe... Find the time and gather other parents who will back you.

I work full-time at home and homeschooled my son last semester. I will do it again this year, too. It can be done!
You need to put your wife in her place. She needs to know that YOU are the HEAD of the FAMILY not her.
Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body
Ephesians 5:22-23
Here's an article (this is just for starters) on just some of the damage these masks are doing to our kids.

Quit and do it yourself.
