currently we have a major problem with prosecutors who are not prosecuting crimes becouse there politics line up with those that they refuse to prosecute. my solution is to use the Bar association in the states that they are district atourneis to disbar them for the ethical violation of not doing the duty they were sworn in to do... dont know if its doable would love to hear a lawyers opinion about the viability of doing this and possible unforeseen ramifications of doing this.

I'm no attorney but i do lots of legal work. if there are any patriots out there that have legitimate "standing" against these thugs that would be a great start. direct "standing" would be best versus some claim that it "harmed" me because i live in the city blah blah. a shop owner for example that lost business as result of thugs scaring businesses away and damaging their retail space with out of pocket expenses and measurable losses.
with this standing they have a case to go after the DA, city etc more likely. aside from courts there's an internal policing organization in most states. in MA for example they have the Bar Board of Overseers for example that addresses complaints of ethical violations and the BBO I'm told take these complaints seriously as they want to protect the integrity of the state's lawyers
i agree there should be a way to make them answer for this, but the government is such a multiheaded monster that's out of control, it will take a well devised strategy me thinks
Forget the DA's.
Sue those rioting directly.
Start with the ones arrested, since we know what they were arrested for. If there are videos of these rioters looting stores and destroying stuff, that might be enough evidence for shop owners to file civil suits.
They might not win much money, but it would be some deterrent for people not to engage in the destruction of property.
O should set you up with my son who is a linguist and doing cools stuff with the legal system and common parse syntaxes grammar. Legalese is going to die as a fictional language. Courts hate quantum languagenv
THIS... is the most serious problem today with Law and Order

The reason we have the problem is that we were all collectively asleep when Soro's & Co. started funding these DA's elections and getting them into office. The only way to fix this is to acknowledge that these people need to be removed and to replace them with America First candidates who will properly enforce the law.
we need to remove them but that means waiting till there term is up...my thought is a disbarred district attorney would have a harder time being reelected,
Impeachment for dereliction of duties? Possibly just firing for the same reason, depending how the local divergent is structured. Impeachment is not only for a president. In Los Angeles, the DA (likely through vote fraud) is subject to recall, and that movement is ongoing.

DAs for the littler crimes, and the DOJ as well - when Garland says he wont even bother to investigate the thousands of murders by dem governors who sent the infected people in to kill the residents in nursing homes.
If thousands of politically motivated murders arent sufficient to even bother to act, what purpose does the DOJ have at all? I dont see any reason to fund the group at all if they ignore the single job they have.
For that matter, when the law and order delegates like DOJ, like police, like courts etc fail to act, how long is it before citizens assert their right to remove murderers by what ever means they find effective? Its not as though there is no recourse when police all decide they will look the other way.
If elected, can't they be recalled?
The way the legal system SHOULD work is anyone who is harmed by a criminal should be able to pursue criminal law against them. Of course they should be responsible for putting the evidence and such together and hiring lawyers. However, they should be paid when they win a case for their troubles.
The idea that we have DAs that act as gatekeepers is absurd.
DAs who fail in their duty to prosecute criminals have violated their oaths of office and should be held to account by the people.
We used to know what that meant.
Whether it results in convictions or not, I think it is worthwhile.
Lets put their feet to the fire. It is acceptable according to the bar to use prosecutorial discretion for political reasons. Get them on the record with that decision.
We could identify the antifas, serve them ourselves. So to speak. Start doxxi g antifa and blm
This is good, but wearing masks they are hard to properly idebtify
