We threw our kids in Private school mid school year and let the mask thing play out last year. I bit my tongue for the 4 months. Wrestling with the internal issue that i refused to wear one yet my kids had too. I promised my kids alon the kast day of school " You will never have to wesr a mask again" and i meant it. We just got a letter saying the school (who takes no money from the state) will be following CDC guidelines. Christians who dont step up RIGHT NOW are as bad as the evil we are at war against. CINO - christians in name only... I wont pay a hefty ass tuition for these people to abuse my kids. We are currently looking into how to create a POD ... any information you friends have that can get us moving would be greatly appreciated. We are in Wa state , about 45 min south of seattle.

I recommend looking into the HSLDA to find the laws for your state. I think you are talking about creating a pod for homeschooling? This organization is a Christian organization that provides legal resources and other tools to support homeschooling. I decided to homeschool my son and signed up for their service. Also look for a support group. I am in KS and joined the Midwest Educators Association. Curriculum is another thing to look at. There are many programs but I found schoolhouse teachers that has online curriculum for k-12 and charges one fee for access to all of it so all of your kids have access for one price. Right now they are doing buy a year get a year so it was$179 for 2 years. It was inexpensive enough I can supplement with other things and it is also Christian based. You may be able to find an existing Pod or Co-Op in your area. HSLDA has a tool to look by zip code but at this point they may be full.

Pull all your children out of the school and don’t pay another dime. Force them to rescind. A mandate is not a law. Guarantee that school will buckle if you stick together. This is what WE THE PEOPLE need to do Nation wide. Small sacrifice for a big win.
I'm reaching out to some Constitutional lawyers today. I'm going to hit them woth a lawsuit. Lord willing. Then once the rescind, pull my kids anyways. I don't want them around a punch of fake ass hypocritical communists. Ibteach my kids they need to stand up for their God given rights.

we homeschooled for the first time last year because of this.
this year, i got it in writing that if the school forced my children to wear a mask they would refund me all fees I had paid to date. so far, it looks like our school may not follow the CDC, but if they do... at least I'll get my money back
Nice. I am going to reach out to some lawyers today. And if possible draft up a letter informing them of a lawsuit I will file. Then when they buckle and say oops never mind. I'm going to pull my kids anyways and start a POD. I already have other parents in the fight with me.
