This is the real numbers of COVID, they can't fudge these numbers because it would be too easy to track. This might be common knowledge, I just thought it was very telling.

Sounds good except for one inescapable factor, entropy.

The science fiction writer Isaac Asimov's 1956 short story "The Last Question" deals with entropy in a unique way. It's also a fun read.
