Should see the videos of him getting off the plane and walking right out the door @ Toronto, last year, right in the height of it.

Cited the Charter on the specific part that says we can't be restricted from travelling into or across our country. Mentions the part in the Quarantine ACt that specifically states that no measures in the Quarantine Act can over ride anything in the Charter. Tells the cops right to their faces : " I'm not taking your test, and I'm not quarantining. You can't make me and you know it"

Cops just basically bend right over and let him go because they know he's 100% right. If I remember correctly, he basically makes the 'supervisor' cop agree to everything he says.
