My wife was in a 6 hour car ride with someone who’s just tested positive. Anyone know a doctor who’s willing to prescribe these two drugs?

America’s frontline doctors.. There’s an 800 number
Go to the feed store and tell them you have a pony you need to deworm.
Going through Frontline Doctors is probably best, but if you hit a snag with that for whatever reason, you can get Duramectin (ivermectin paste) from a lot of different sources online. If you look up dosing the paste for humans on duckduckgo or another non-commie search engine, there's tutorials on how to take it safely.
I bought ivermectin the other day. I ordered online at tractor supply and picked it up at the store an hour later. $6/tube
Pretty much any feed store has ivermectin. Can also order online from tractor supply
Well for ivm (if they happen to have an equine and also want to protect it), there are things like Durvet Apple Flavor Horse Paste Dewormer 1.87% - from any equine supply store, all the usual online marketplaces, directly from the mfrs, etc.
Equines love its apple-y goodness.
Until you get it, you might consider starting her on N-Acetyl L cysteine. My doc said if you're hanging out with someone and the next day they test positive for covid, start on this. Also, the prophylactic protocol is Vit-D, Zinc (zinc must have a little copper in it to work properly) Quercetin and glutathione. It may be too late for a prophylactic for her, but maybe not for you and others.
You mention "Flonaise Inhaler " . Do you mean the nasal spray for allergies, or do they also sell an inhaler ? Thanks.
Contact America's Frontline Doctors. Super easy. Dont even need to do a telehealth call. They just have you fill out a form then their pharmacy ships it to you. Its $90 for the consult.
Ivermectin horse paste is for sale at feed stores and on Amazon. How to dose: https://www.maximpulse.com/permethrin/ivermectin-calculating-a-dose.html
The post-exposure protocol is take 18mg of it, and repeat 2 days later.
