Well, let's think about this- Cuomo's goal with the nursing homes was to spread the death, so I take his suggestion as a way for businesses where groups of people gather to spread the vaccine shedding as fast as possible while shutting down business.
Worse things will happen if they don't comply, they may recoup some of the business he lost them over the last year and a half. Then they might just realize he is bad for their state. Again, this is a worst case scenario if they don't comply with his demands.
Uniting is the only way to fight this. A great majority of businesses would have to be on board to refuse or they will fine them, take away their licenses and permits, send in their clowns and squash them like a bug.
People with deadly, infectious and non-curable diseases can go anywhere - aids, cancer, syphilis, heart disease.. All fine. Not tracked, no data collected. Obese people can go anywhere.. and in fact, its illegal to say that they cant. Regardless of what risks they or the business in question incur.
But healthy people cant?
Imagine if tomorrow there was a glitch in the matrix, and everywhere companies were demanding that you had to drink delicious and refreshing coca cola, or otherwise you were not allowed on their premises, or to buy their products. That would constitute organized crime.
Why is it different with banning healthy people for refusing any other corporate product like vaccines? Still criminal.
If i were running a business in that state I would:
Be respectful to employees, partners, and customers. Listen to their concerns and emphasize that everyone should be treated with dignity regardless of health status or pseudo-health status.
Follow reasonable health and safety protocols. As in time tested, common sense measures. Not CDC dungeon-master games.
Mostly ignore government except sheriff. Completely ignore corporate presstitutes.
Remain reasonable and calm. Customers will appreciate you for staying open. Jack-booted trannies will pick on some more isolated target.
This title is racist toward Italian Americans like myself. It's stereotyping and offensive. If you knew what was good for ya you'd take this post down...
Scuse me while i take my pants off behind my desk to avoid getting wrinkles in them, say the rosary and then cheat on my wife with an uglier woman
No authority - while it's in the emergency authorization phase. That's why they're pushing for full FDA approval so quickly, so they can go complete authoritarian.
But businesses have already begun complying on their own. Someone I was working with today said she was turned away from a bar in the East Village over the weekend - she's vaxxed but lost her card.
SoulCycle sent out an email to all riders today saying that they will begin requiring proof of vaccination beginning early Sept., and that they'd work with riders "who require reasonable medical and religious accommodations." They just lost a loyal rider.
Cuomo makes New Yorkers offers they can't refuse; just like he makes all the women that he meets offers they can't refuse.

Dear New Yorkers. Just say no.
Worse things will happen if they don't comply, they may recoup some of the business he lost them over the last year and a half. Then they might just realize he is bad for their state. Again, this is a worst case scenario if they don't comply with his demands.
Personally, I think businesses will be crushed if they do comply

Just an idea. . . Carry sticky notes to paste on the doors of the business who do this, saying, "You Just Lost a Customer!"
Any business that takes up this criminals agenda should go broke immediately.
Everyone better run and hide in New York. I’m sure there are a few regretful people who have attics available for hiding the dirty un-jabbed fools.
Hope he gets vaccinated soon.
Looks and talks like a weasel .
Been said before but worth repeating..

As an Italian American, like myself, I find it completely appropriate for Gov Il Duce
So if he’s asking and suggesting, that tells me they have no authority…

He’s still around?
