There was a sign outside the door asking for people to wear masks. I saw everyone with one on, save a lady who didn't have one to wear, so I went to my SUV and got mine. I chose not to wear it, though. Not one person said anything to me. Interestingly, my nurse took her mask off her nose and mouth after seeing me without mine, when she checked me in. I told her she didn't have to wear it on my account. We talked about the whole thing a little, but she, being a nurse, and having been jabbed twice, still wears it because they've been told to do so. I guess they don't think they have a choice?
I don't like being told what to do and this crap is tiresome to see people kneel to it again.
(A positive is that I didn't see any illegals in the waiting room because certain gov't programs aren't accepted anymore by the doctors.)
Given the theatrics of the past year I'm surprised at the silence on it right now at work, perhaps since they've had so many employees quit recently they're hesitant to do anything that might piss off the remaining staff.
I live in commie MN and only MAYBE 5-10% of people wear masks here and I actively point and laugh in their faces.
I just stopped for groceries on the way home, and 75% of the shoppers were masked up. What a bunch of monkeys.
Our official mandate ended a couple months ago, but I still see so many with them.
We had a yard sale this weekend and the majority of the older people that stopped by were wearing them.
It can vary a lot even in adjacent towns, my dad reports 50% at his supermarket and I see less than 10% at mine and we're less than 20 miles apart.
I dont think this will ever end.
My husband works for a refuse company here in small town Alaska. They announced that masks are required tomorrow for ALL employees
Depending on what department he's in, he might be able to take off the mask after walking in the door.
I work at a hospital where masks are obviously mandated....... to get through the door. As soon as I, and others, walk into our department, we take them off or wear them on our chins
He’s the maintenance manager. Last go round he managed to convince them to let the shop remove their masks as long as they were social distanced. We will see what happens this time.
Instead of "convincing" them, just don't fucking do it. If you don't have the balls to stand up to this tyranny for your children, then you deserve it.
My 10 year old son and I were refused service at the dental office today (for the second time during "COVID" at two separate offices!).
I told them their internal policies don't supercede The laws in the Nuremberg Code prohibiting them from coercing any human to participate in a medical experiment.
When I came home I filed a formal complaint and sent this message to the hygienists who were to be working on us:
"My son cried when we came home today. What you and your colleagues did to us was wrong and ridiculous. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. You were going to be inside of our wide open mouths for hours. You know this is all BS. Don't do this to anyone else."
My son did cry for the first time since all this started. Hard. This has been very difficult on our children. I am pissed.
I am sorry to hear that. I do hope your letter opens eyes and softens some hearts!
With my confidence in nearly all medical professionals, I've been scouring through the internet for faith healers or witch doctors, pretty sure they have more credibility. I don't even want to go to the emergency room for an accident, afraid they will jab me while I'm unconscious.
I don't read doors anymore I just walk in. "Did you see the sign on the door you have to wear a mask" nope and nope.
