Wrap the mask around a pin cushion. Now get the biggest needle you can find. Start stabbing the mask repeatedly. Enjoy.
Keep in mind though that you will no longer be following CDC guidelines.

The holes are not noticeable from a distance. The CDC inspector would have to have the mask in his/her hands close up to see the holes.
No such thing. These are recommended guidelines, not laws.
My employer, THD, is always telling me the CDC inspector could come at anytime.
Tell your employer to name the specific person who is the "CDC inspector" they are referring to, and to show you what legal authority they have (by written document) to inspect face masks or anything else.
I seriously doubt they will be able to do either, but I would be interested to see if they can.
My guess is they are making this up, thinking that it is true, but having no actual basis for it. But I would REALLY like to find out if these "CDC inspectors" are roaming around the country. That would add to the full story, if true (but I doubt it).
The CDC has NO AUTHORITY outside of federal jurisdiction, and your business is most likely NOT within federal jurisdiction, even if such inspectors existed.
