An Arizona judge ordered the state’s Republican-led Senate to produce records related to its audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, delivering a big win for critics of the controversial review.
The documents, sought by left-leaning watchdog group American Oversight, are subject to Arizona’s public records statute and must be provided to the organization “immediately,” Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Michael Kemp ruled Monday.

I'm going to assume they will regret asking.
They have some nerve asking for anything with none of that whole side answers subpoenas!
Not surprising, another swamp rat, Arizona voters need to crush his nuts in the 2025 election:
Michael Kemp is a judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. His current term ends on January 6, 2025.
Kemp ran for re-election for judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. He won in the retention election on November 3, 2020.
Kemp was appointed to the court by Gov. Janet Napolitano (D) in March 2005.
Or what?
Good point. Considering that in this highly political atmosphere, the left took a similar position. I am also a bit iffy on a judge ORDERing the senate to do something. Isn't there a separation of powers? Unless a senator is breaking the law, which they are not.
OK, but they do not have all the material that they requested. This is a weird nested order. The leftists demand to see the results, but they are going to bump into the problem that some of the material simply was not there, to begin with. My feeling is that the incomplete audit will still show election weirdness. Fann et al. may be able to stall until after Lindell's big reveal, which will give them access to the PCAPs. however.
...AND here is a little spy vs. spy action: Kelly Townsend is pushing for a financial audit of Zuck's Dominion relationship. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/08/az-state-senator-kelly-townsend-successfully-pushes-financial-audit-zuckerbucks-shady-dominion-acquisition/
Leverage now? We'll give you what you want when y'all give us what we want.
The elite "we're above the law" in elected positions is mind boggling. And starting to really piss us off.
Yahoo filing this story under "sports" is strange.
Dominion says it is a private company and does not have to turn over their information to the AZ Senate.
However, likely Dominion is owned by Blackrock or Vanguard. Blackrock has deep ties to the govt. I think they are a government contractor.
Wonder if there is a legal connection that can be made to force Dominion to turn it over because they are owned by a government contractor.
Smarter people than me might want to check this out.
Maybe this is how they wanted the judge to act. Moves and countermoves. So, if the preliminary results are leaked and shows fraud, it brings the 'plan' to a new level or phase.
They should counter sue that their audit is incomplete because the routers and passwords haven’t been handed over.
Good. This could get a leak going. They’re so busy doing everything by the book they haven’t let the numbers get out. This will do it.
So what?
Let them have the documents, be transparent. Let the world see it.
They could possibly fight it by demonstrating that the MCBOShitheads hadn't fulfilled their obligations and the case is not resolved yet.
One way or another, this info is getting out. NCSWIC.
I actually can see the point of this, but isn't what Cyber Ninjas released just recently about their donors render the judgment moot?
