US bank is doing that, didn't really like for those reasons they were also starting to hold charges in pending for long long that they weren't clearing until they could hit me with over draft charges.

my account was set up so that wouldn't happen.

also had their credit card which was doing the same thing, they suddenly started holding charges for so long that my normal spending for the week was doubling and came off like I was being double charged.

i suspect it may have been in part from these third party services and trying to generate revenue.

I was a member for over 15 years, had large sums of money in my accounts. Never had charges, and always paid my card off weekly, well aware that something is wrong on their end. not to mention they don't allow any complaints about what they were doing or turning their site into a knock off Facebook.

had to talk to managers about why i was closing my accounts, started talking about the issues mentioned and the third party sorting and selling data. they just shut their mouths and closed my accounts.

Yeah. Nation needs a hard reset in every category.
