Words have meaning. Your narrow understanding of something does not preclude the truth. OP clearly mention ANOTHER cabal, which undoubtedly there are many of. This is not a Dr. Seuss novel with just two sides.
LOL words mean things. My "understanding" of the word cabal as it's used here is not narrow; the usage itself is.
It has just one single meaning, one usage, in this community.
As you know, "cabal" in this forum ONLY means the group of satanic pedophiles being hunted by Q and patriots everywhere. Exactly 100% of the time, that's how the word is used here.
Another way of saying it is that nobody, EVER, uses it to mean Trump and his associates. Never. Zero percent of the time. It means ONLY the evil power-pedos out there. Let's just put aside that you're assuming omnipotence and speaking as an authority. I agree that if someone simply said "the cabal" in a vacuum with no outside reference in this community, it would be safe to assume that most people are lumping in the black hats, globalists, depopulationists, etc. into a monolith.
However that did not happen in this case. OP clearly specified a separate cabal, so feigning ignorance betrays a lack of comprehension of OP's point.
