I think he means any amounts of potassium chloride in a vaccine shot are going to be very minimal that if there are any effects it would be very short term.
It is used in food as a salt substitute, that's why when you look at reduced salt foods you usually see a higher potassium level.
If someone has blood pressure issues, which many elderly do have, even a little can be harmful.
The amount in a shot is going to be so minimal it would not even register as a blip on a blip.
Also potassium chloride helps with blood pressure regulation.
I would think the conspiracy about potassium chloride can be dropped as baseless.
Also your not going to get hyperkalemia (high potassium) from one shot, or even 2 shots or 10 shots, it would require you to have a very high potassium diet, like eating far more than 42 bananas a day, and you would also need to have poorly functioning kidneys.
Edit: it would take ~400 bananas a day to build up sufficient potassium levels to cause heart stopping levels. Though I personally avoid them.
Ingesting something is very different from injecting it into directly your bloodsteam
Not really in this case, potassium chloride is used for potassium depletion via intravenous drip all the time. The quantities in a jab is so small it would have no effect.
The Pfizer doc lists it as 1 mmol (39 mg) per dose, it really would not cause any increase in the body, virtually potassium free.
Though I know this goes around on social media, but I would bet someone knew that potassium in high levels can cause heart problems, but they did not realise the scale required or any of the actual numbers or science but still decided that it was a risk and bad.
