Not really in this case, potassium chloride is used for potassium depletion via intravenous drip all the time. The quantities in a jab is so small it would have no effect.

The Pfizer doc lists it as 1 mmol (39 mg) per dose, it really would not cause any increase in the body, virtually potassium free.

Though I know this goes around on social media, but I would bet someone knew that potassium in high levels can cause heart problems, but they did not realise the scale required or any of the actual numbers or science but still decided that it was a risk and bad.

So 22% of them will not vaccinate from the posts of 700, thats 78% vaccine rate which seems fine. I am sure if they do force hte mandate it will probably get another 10% to 88 or 90% and they may loose 10-12% of the work force.... but who knows it may be more or less.

Not a huge number and they will be replaced fast if the city demands faster replacements.

Sad

Biden is getting too old, but in this case it was just a joke, there are 500 better examples that actually show him forgetting actual important things.

The audit is called "fraudit" on all the MSM. Nothing they find will be considered valid, or will get torn to shreds by "experts" with the states election system.

I will still love to hear their stories though.

The Tuskegee Syphilis studies were just disgusting and inhumane, a very sad part of human history.

Because most people don't know who George Soros is, not really that surprising. He is just some rich old guy that gives money to help the Democratic party.

I don't even understand the odd obsession with Soros, there is nothing proving any of the conspiracies to him are true. Though he does donate to different causes and mainly the Dems.

But it would be no different than saying the Koch brothers (well only now), are bankrolling extreme right terrorists (there is no evidence and it would be false), but I could see the left saying that and making a run away conspiracy about it.

The amount in a shot is going to be so minimal it would not even register as a blip on a blip.

Also potassium chloride helps with blood pressure regulation.

I would think the conspiracy about potassium chloride can be dropped as baseless.

Also your not going to get hyperkalemia (high potassium) from one shot, or even 2 shots or 10 shots, it would require you to have a very high potassium diet, like eating far more than 42 bananas a day, and you would also need to have poorly functioning kidneys.

Edit: it would take ~400 bananas a day to build up sufficient potassium levels to cause heart stopping levels. Though I personally avoid them.

I think he means any amounts of potassium chloride in a vaccine shot are going to be very minimal that if there are any effects it would be very short term.

It is used in food as a salt substitute, that's why when you look at reduced salt foods you usually see a higher potassium level.

I'm out of the loop, where is mass genocide?

I would say the case numbers were heading up much faster this "wave" but I was expecting to see a big spike today (being a Sunday) and it was not a jump as I thought, still I just want his to be over.

I just hope the vaccines are effective against this damn variant and we can get back to life pre-covid. Got a kid who just turned 7 last week, its her second B-day without having friends over to have fun and enjoy her childhood.

It's just getting to be stupid. If they want to just shut down everything and lock out everyone and stop this thing out, they should have done this a year ago, like other countries, instead we have the local PCs fucking it up, and the federal liberals failing to get the resources from the companies.

Yeah the stores are kind of annoying right now, only things you can buy are food and medical, and alcohol.

I had to go to 5 stores to find a place that would sell me a Birthday card.

Then the last store I go to is the local Shoppers Drug Mart and they had no real restrictions, nothing blocked off.

Hopefully these restrictions actually cause a drop in cases though, they have been growing very fast thanks to these variants.

I heard "Good looking Marines" when I originally saw that video myself. Does he even have a earpiece? I suggest watching it again.

I guess he likes the good looking marines.

Do you think there will be any arrests? I can always bring ketchup.

He is never right about anything. Biden and the dens have the White House for now. If they can arrest Biden and Harris I will eat my hat at this point. Not a doomer or gloomer or wtf just being realistic, this is so sad/silly a this point.

Can't really blame it on the Democrats this time. Let's see how many riots come in the next few years, that will be more important to judge the success or failure of it all.

So much hate and anger and evil these days.

Well if he thinks all of these things will happen they he is probably wrong (going on his wonderful record of getting everything wrong)

The nuclear football is a big briefcase that has the equipment required for the president to authorize a nuclear attack. So they had 2 of these, one was with Trump until noon yesterday, then after that the second is with Biden now.

Not really a big deal, I don't think any nukes are going anywhere, it's just a cold war relic that people still talk about.

Just another day, the only plan I can think of is get good candidates and vote for them during election cycles.

Wish the system was a proportional representation, or at least had a viable 3rd party to vote for, but the idea of a valid 3rd party always fails and it gets boiled down to the two.

They usually just use the default definition provided:

"QAnon is a disproven and discredited far-right conspiracy theory alleging that a cabal of Satan-worshipping cannibalistic pedophiles is running a global child sex-trafficking ring and plotting against former U.S. president Donald Trump, who is fighting the cabal."

rush4life1980 8 points ago +14 / -6

I think Trump would not disavow Q, he does not like to disavow any voting block, and anyone that supports him he supports so he never would have said anything.

It could have started just as a joke that took on a life of its own.

I mean look at the forums people constantly coming up with things just based on how they feel or some idea they had, then these things get accepted and become cannon.

I mean look at all the stupid things 4chan started as a joke over the years, and in a week or two they are all over facebook being presented like facts.

I wouldn't say it was quick. Some people get tired, it has been months of constant failure to change the outcome, and so much false hope.

I don't even know what people were expecting to happen today, seems like it went exactly as was reported in the MSM, Trump left early, and Biden got inaugurated, just more disappointment for many people here.

But I have said the best long term plan is to keep involved, get good candidates that want to help fix the problems of the country (or at least the local problems you may have), and vote for them.
