Teachers are PUBLIC SERVANTS, and as such, have NO PRIVACY RIGHTS when it comes to PUBLIC CLASSROOM STUDIES. Point blank, end of discussion. Why they NEA was even allowed to file those court petitions is beyond me, except for the fact that they're trying to use lawfare to silence her, baning on the fact that no attorney would ever sign on to represent her and her family.
A lot of people seem to be forgetting their place these days (politicians, teachers, doctors, the CDC)
We the people need to stand strong!
