Yes but I doubt all those who were picked knew they were picked. Looks like china and certain players in each state were in on it, but (some) of the people on the ballots may not have known. They knew who they wanted. I know in my state my gov was selected. He was hated, He was losing by far, then all of a sudden last minute drop of votes put him just over the edge. He was most definitely put in place by this scam, not elected by the people.
