If we are in devolution, then the military is running everything. I wouldn't be surprised if we found out that each state has a military officer that is running the government behind the scenes, each city and county and everything in between.
I think this is where we are at, because nothing the government is doing makes any sense, other than it is a giant show meant to explain the truth to the average american.
You know, that kind of makes sense in light of what is happening here in Texas. Gov Abbott doesn't appear to have a firm grip on the state right now. Between the legislature and the border, things are a little out of hand.
