I understand what they are supposed to be, but how did Mike get his hands on them? And how does he know what he has are legit?
To go along with that, does he have anyway of proving these are legit captures? or is that what this is supposed to prove?

My guess is, PCAPs proves the real election results.
And then, we will be provided an irrefutable proof that PCAPs are authentic, perhaps from the military source that conducted the election, based on one of the Trump EOs.
It's purely an academic discussion, but if it were the black hats, then the whole "election fraud" is a psyop - which doesnt make sense. If its the white hats, then it doesnt make sense unless you actually believe the election fraud did not occur.
But I think what you are really saying is that our opponents will claim the PCAP is not legit. I will wait for Mike's symposium to finish to see what the real answer to that is. Its definitely more than "5 million to anyone who proves they are fake"

I am indeed very curious to see what comes next. As for as Mike is concerned, I didnt take the symposium seriously until yesterday because in my mind he will give even more proofs than whats already there, and people who believe, keep believing it. People who dont believe it, will ignore it.
But, the whole 7 PM annoucnement caught my attention since its exactly in my morning, so I woke up, got my cuppa and watched it - and - it didnt happen. But it didnt look like a scam, he was really rattled, and that lady Tina Peters sold it for me. Something big is happening. I dug into her, and I made couple of posts about her and her navy seal son who was killed in an "accident" in 2017.
I think there is something really big, just behind the scenes. I think, whatever it is that will be dropped, is going to be bigger than just PCAPs. I think they have recordings and videos of all the usual suspects planning and executing the election steal.
Well, I don't need to wait too long. Just 2 more days to see if he is full of shit or what.
