I'm supposed to go pick up a new cellphone this afternoon and have everything switched over at the ATT store.

Should I hold off and just plan to get the new cellphone AFTER the EBM instead? Perhaps hold off a day or two?

Thanks for this! It's weird, they admit that, "The test message will be similar to the regular monthly EAS test messages with which the public is familiar." So why all the build up if it's the same thing they've done every month?
