So there is this thought being pushed into my consciousness: There are "chips" in just about every electronic device in America (maybe entire world). Including voting machines. Including cars and cell phones........technically, with the correct pre-programming and cellular (5G) communication, all can be "commandeered" in an almost instantaneous fashion. Only trace would be the evidence of communication contained within the communication relays.
