It has NOTHING to do with infrastructure.

Quietly tucking unrelated laws into bills just to get unpopular stuff passed through is why people hate DC politicians.

overstock released a crypto dividend to fuck over wallstreets short sellers. they don't want that kinda business to be in the little guys playbook.
