There should be plenty proof that there was a kerfuffle, either at the lobby or by the elevator, the corridor or whatever. We need that proof, could be big in helping us strenghten the Symposium's talking points.

Maybe they knew the dismissal would not go through, remember optics are important. Now it goes to discovery, which he wants to happen.
How would a court verify that dominion hands over the true source code? Seems like they could easily give fake code and nobody can confirm it.
