I felt like the symposium was driven by the public notice from the law of war manual. Durham feels like it'd be driven by DoJ rather than military.

But yeah come on people, the ball got rolling with 4chan. Durham Tik Tok, maybe with Tom McDonald? Q team clearly has a sense of humor and you know more people would take it seriously than some legalistic document.
