No info on when, but it's being coordinated to drop when it's most effective, so no one here is likely to know anything further. I suspect that they are stealth-canvassing the 11,326 voters NOT on the Maricopa County voter roll on November 7, but WERE on the voter roll on December 4, and were marked as VOTED in November 3 election.
Trump's lead was so overwhelming they had already used up their stockpile of ghost voters. In their rush to scrounge up more votes for Resident Biden they had to manufacture more voters so they could attribute votes to them.
Canvassing will show that these are fake people that were fraudulently added to the voter rolls. Katie Hobbs emails have been FOIAed by the AZ State Legislature looking for the smoking gun that she was involved.
This is taking awhile to play out.
