Agreed. Of course we've recently seen judges all the way to SCOTUS act in strange and unpredictable ways over the easiest of cases in terms of established law. I hope you are correct and I see many reasons why you could be.
The courts are unpredictable unless they are corrupt, and then they are 100% predictable. The important part is to get this info out in the public because the court of public opinion is probably more important than what the "legal" system decrees. Exposing and taking out the corrupt "justice" system is a very important part of the plan.
I think they will allow it to go on. When no one backs down they will dismiss at the time of discovery so they truth doesnt get out. Court is a several step thing. Esp for the plaintiffs. THEY HAVE TO PROVE THEY DIDN'T CHEAT.

So am I correct in assuming that they're hoping for a settlement as it's their only move left, or are we past that point?
Is it even an option?

How do you show evidence legally??? Q
Why did the defendants move to dismiss then?
I don't buy it.
Sorry, can you explain to me the point of that video/article you linked?
What about it conveys that they have everything they need "to walk boldly into court against Dominion"?
