If Chyna is NOT a dictatorship then why did President Xi make himself President for life

If Xi is part of the plan then he would need to remove term limits to ensure that he is in place for as long as it takes to complete said plan.

True. I believe his term would have ended in 2022 so he needed to remain in office to fulfill the rest of the plan if he is indeed a white hat.
