Military isn't needed. Neither is SCOTUS. If/when Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin decertify their electors, that puts Joe & Kabala under 270, and then the 12th amendment puts Trump in.

There is no mention of political party in the 12th amendment, so I'm not sure where he gets that from. There is no inclusion of political party in the Constitution. The founders were against political parties, which as we can now see, was very wise.
