That is a huge win for 2A rights. It’s sad that we have to defend the Constitution against dummies.
We will ALWAYS have to defend it. Its the fact that so many took some time off from defending it that we're in the situation we're in today!

No. For the most part the Constitution only applies to the government.
I hold any business in cahoots with the government accountable.
Okay, but that doesn't change how the Constitution works.
Aren't these the same people that have no issue(s) with Civil Asset Forfeiture? I'd hold back on the "full force" assessment.
