I have to travel there for work, and feel like I’ll be the only unvaxxed person in my group. Are there any businesses pushing this passport yet? I’m wondering if I’ll be excluded from restaurants while there.
I’m really not looking forward to this.🙁

I don't think they've officially rolled it out there yet but are in the process.
If anyone ever asks if you are vaxxed, you say YES!!! Watch their eyes light up and observe as their whole demeanor relaxes and they welcome you with open arms (at a safe social distance).
Live here. Some businesses care about masks. Most restaurants don't care, except the employees have to wear them. Depends a lot what part of town. Vax passport not used anywhere as far as I know. Nobody's ever asked me my status, they just add "regardless of vax status" on their temporary wear-a-mask signage.
Yes Live in South Bay area and for some reqson grocery stores haven't even been telling me to put on a mask since they reinstate a that stupidity july15
Thank you! This helps. Are cities like Santa Monica, Venice, Carson City worse or better when it comes to mask wearing?
I assume you mean Culver City.
I'd say worse, but it depends what you compare it to. It's almost like the bigger the business, the more they care. The fancier the restaurant, the more likely they are to ask you to wear the mask before sitting down to take it off. But there's a lot more non-compliance this time around. And almost nobody wearing outside anymore. If you have to choose where to stay between those 3, I'd choose Santa Monica, but more for the cleanliness and homelessness than for the masks.
Doh!!! Culver, yes. That was before coffee obviously.
