Very few Charities are worth donating....most are facades to squeeze money from the bleeding-heart good-intentioned and spent on all sorts of evils: drugs, trafficking, money laundering, etc. Red Cross is one of the bigger frauds out there, as one example of many.
True. I only donate to the childrens hospital now. I laugh when asked to donate at a checkout now.
The Red Cross is the oldest intelligence agency in the world...what's the easiest way to get access to the most war-torn, corrupt places on the planet? Just say you're a doctor that's there to help. Of course, like many organizations, there are genuinely good people that are trying to make a positive difference, but they have also been infiltrated.
