Not titanium that is too light

Tungsten which is heavy and very high melt temp which is important at hypervelocity

Yes indeed. I cant find it but there was an info paper about the Thor project and the “official name” being O.W.L.

I totally remember that santa and the hammer. I always thought it was related the Hammer and Scorecard stuff.
