Wait, so according to the video he should be court martialed because he is the commander in chief. But you are saying he can't be because he is the commander in chief. But ALSO if he wasn't the commander in chief he wouldn't be responsible for what happened, so he can't be court martialed for it.

So long story short, Biden is untouchable?
