I’m Midwest. In my small circle of immediate family and best friends, the vaxxed are the minority. Like extreme minority. I know one vaxxed friend who regrets and will most likely never take the booster. One family member told me she took the first and won’t take the second. I think there’s a lot out there like them. More so than we think.
I think you are on the mark on this one. The city folks are different than the rural folks. We don't rely on doctor's and lawyers and even contractors. We tend to be more self-sufficient. Natural remedies passed down through generations, do it yourself attitude. I like it this way and can't imagine hiring someone to hang curtains or blinds, but I know people that has to. It blows my mind, but live and let live.

I think larger urban areas are very high vaccinated rates.
Lower rates in rural area and small cities.
