The Secretary of State is the one who certifies, so it seems logical it would have to go through SoS to decertify.

But if SoS is corrupt, then impeachment would have to be the process to replace the SoS. And who is the backup? Also corrupt?

Also, if Arizona is the only state to decertify, that does not change the Trump/Biden result. Need more states.

Correct, but we need a dertification to complete officially. Wondering what happens after AZ Senate votes to decertify. Your suggestion makes sense that it goes to the SoS who is corrupt. Wondering the game plan on this case. Hmm..
