Given the amount of adverse reactions and deaths that these COVID-19 vaccines have been causing and continue to cause, I honestly think a through safety audit of these vaccines need to be done by an independent laboratory with no financial ties with big pharma or any big pharma stake/share holders nor and foundations or organizations who would use their assets to take control over such an audit. The people who carry out such an audit would also need heavy security for them as well as any facility where the audit took place. What do you think of this?

I think that, within the boundary of the United States, you will NEVER find an independent laboratory which wouldn't be influenced by Big Pharma, Big Tech, big financial assets and the Medical Establishment.
Researchers have their own future careers to think of. Anyone who bucks the system is immediately destroyed by the MSM, Big Tech and their future careers will be damaged with regards to the medical industry or government. Any future projects might have trouble finding any financial backing. New Federal grants might be denied or delayed.
Essentially, to find an independent laboratory that is beyond corrupt influences, you might need to look at foreign labs. JAPAN would be probably the most neutral, least corruptible and best place to find such an independent laboratory.
If you can find such an entity chances are it won’t be for very long. Blackmail or bribery, the weaponized FBI and CIA can pretty much destroy anyone.
