Frens, with the Pfizer approval, we've entered a new stage. People will begin to get fired.
Employers now have substantially MORE legal standing to require vaccination due to the approval. DO NOT QUIT. They must FIRE you for you to have any standing for legal action.
I suspect they will start with the schools and hoapitals. Then move to domestic air travelers, then to retail/F&B employees.
Stand strong. This is a major escalation in our war to freedom. We cannot be jabbed due to fear of losing our incomes. It may happen to many. You may not make ends meet. Stand strong.
Our Founders sacrificed their fortunes - knowing full well that if they weren't successful they would not only bankrupt their families, but would also be hung and unable to support their families.
We must be willing to risk it all for principle - then and only then will we be delivered.
Stay strong. Get frugal. Save what you can.
This cracks me up. So it won't be deadly until Oct/Nov/Dec??
Not even then.
Are you asking if I think it won’t be deadly until those dates or are you making fun of my works lack of logic and critical thinking skills? I don’t think my work cares one way or the other whether it’s deadly, they’ve made that perfectly clear by the ridiculous vaccine mandate policy they keep changing every other day. They’re a bunch of communists and hopefully their day of reckoning will be here sooner rather than later, but either way I more than likely won’t be sticking around to witness it.
I'm laughing because the dates are so far in the future. You would think something TRULY deadly would require immediate action. These people don't realize how stupid they look.
It's not about health or being sick, or being deadly, it's about naked power over people, who, if they cave at this point, will be putty in their hands forever.
They’re stupid and beyond the mandate itself, the way they set up the policy is evil and meant to punish anyone who is trying to fight it, no matter the reason. Take medical exemption as an example. When they first started all this crap they set Sept 30 as the deadline. So if you’re trying to get a Med exemption you might think, ok, I’ll fight it until the 30th and if I can’t get a doctors approval or legal help or whatever, by that date, I’ll take the first shot. Well, now they’ve made it to where you don’t have time to wait and see if your exemption is approved unless you want to gamble with your paycheck. For 2 months! 🤦🏼♀️🤯 If you haven’t already gotten the first shot by August 26th (I think that might be J&J, it’s too late for the other 2) you will be put on a 60 day administrative leave w/ no pay. For me it’s a moot point, but for some poor fools, they won’t be able to take that gamble of waiting for their approval if they can’t afford to go for 2 months w/o pay and starting the 2nd month they won’t have health insurance either. I’m thinking it’s time for me to start looking for another job even if my exemption is approved. I can’t be associated w/ their evil anymore.
That's because these companies are expecting people to quit so you won't have any legal standing but if so and so waits until Oct/Nov/Dec and actually gets FIRED which I'm making a bold prediction WON'T happen because I would love to assume these companies and corporations aren't THAT stupid and surely they know how the law works right?
Didn't someone tell us class action lawsuits are very effective?
How does the law work where you live Fren, because the law here in our state (right to work) says an employer has the right to end employment at any time for any reason. You, the employee have exactly the same rights.
Right to work are the majority of states nowadays I believe this battle ain't gonna be a slam dunk for anyone who try’s to fight dismissal.
I’m in CO so we have kind of a hybrid “right to work”. If your place of employment has a Union you don’t have to join and pay union dues but you also don’t have the protection of the Union if there are any disputes or legal proceedings. The Union also makes life difficult for you if you don’t join, or so I’ve heard. Needless to say, I don’t know anyone in CO who works at a place w/ a Union and isn’t a member. Most Unions aren’t going to be super helpful with vaccine mandates since they’re all leftist commies. The biggest roadblock they’ll throw up for management is how and when they implement the mandate policy but ultimately it will all be for show. They’ll take the cowards way out and say management has every right to mandate it and there’s nothing they can do about it. Our Union has already taken this stance. 🙄
