May be a different situation in cities with fewer lunatics.
But you stated it perfectly - we're down to NPCs and Ferals for whom I have no patience and have no problem leaving behind. They'll catch up on their own - or not. It's their problem, not mine

It's truly infuriating and honestly not even worth the time anymore. What we're dealing with is pride and stupidity mixed together.
