My opinion, I have no proof, but I believe he had mini headphones surgically implanted in his earlobes weeks right before the debates with President Trump.

I agree, but not weeks before President Trump. Probably a couple years.

For some reason he was preordained to go up against Trump in 2020.

Probably because he had the most demons in him and after Hillary was thrown into the back of that SUV like a 100lbs of chuck beef they didn't have any other option.
