This makes me believe it's the same person. Teeth are exactly the same. Chin is the same. He got a facelift and/or cosmetic surgery. Skin looks different, yes. But bones are exact.
During the debates, it seemed like he used contact lenses with a digital display so someone else could tell him what to say. So, his eyes keep looking different.
People think it's a clone/HQ hollywood masked actor based on his ears. Problem is old people in politics get plastic surgery. That's one of the reasons they call DC hollywood for ugly people. The only time I thought mask was when he fell down those stairs because you could see a strange lining around his upper back in the same area a high quality hollywood mask would end. The man does not wear cheap suits and has no real explanation for that.

Just an observation - if I zoom in close the newer picture looks like plastic compared to the older picture.
Also I have been trying to watch for this for a while. If you look at the new one you will see that his chin bone dips down on one side. It does not in the older photo.

The lighting on the left of the neck was not fixed in the 2021 pic. Definitely photoshopped .
