A better, more descriptive post title would have been "Spicy two day old announcement from Jovan Pulitzer".

Right there in the site rules, it says "Keep post titles informative. No clickbait."

Please do this. It's a pretty low, reasonable hurdle to clear.

If you read the GWP article it seems Jovan recognizes not all reports will be submitted by Friday or at least the final consolidated report won’t be. Not sure why Codemonkeyz felt the need to say what he did. Jovan might be flamboyant, but it doesn’t seem he did or said anything to hurt the audit.
