I've had a weird combination of symptoms for the past few days, and am getting better now. There was no significant respiratory symptom, other than POSSIBLY a slight shortness of breath (but at my age, it might be normal for me :) ). I only had a very low above normal body temperature, but had a slight headache and definitely weak. It was flu-like, but without high fever or cough. I don't know if it was covid, but I certainly wasn't going to get tested. I might see about getting the covid anti-body test, which seems like it might be reliable from what I have read. As soon as I thought something was going on, I upped my Vitamin C and D intake, and Zinc, along with taking a daily multi-vitamin every day, as opposed to every other day. I had ivermectin on standby, but decided that unless I started having significant respiratory symptoms, what I was doing seemed good enough without possibly throwing some unintended side-effect of ivermectin.
I had the exact same symptoms! Felt like the flu with a low grade fever but without respiratory symptoms.
I did not get tested. Was already on high dose Vit C,Vit D, Zinc and Quercitin. Started on my stash of Ivermectin. Better in a day, no symptoms after day 2 of the horse paste.
When I see my PCP in a few months for my yearly check up I'll ask for an antibody titer.
I read that someone had blood supply samples? test for the antibodies and found that 90% had them either due to the covid shots or covid. I bet the country is well above "herd immunity" at this point, and if just basic safety measures and reasonably healthy living was maintained, including supplements, covid wouldn't even make the radar now. They always say "colds and flu are more prevalent in the winter because people are indoors and close to each other". That is BS! People are inside just as much in the summer, particularly in the south. It's lack of vitamin D in winter that is the reason for more colds and flu!
Possibly were in contact with a recently vaxxed person? The spike protein shedding seems to be strongest within first 2 weeks of getting vaxxed. The shedding of these spiked proteins can really affect a non-vaxxed person. Just a thought?
