I took for 5 days when my family all got covid. I was only healthy unsick one. I had very good timing. I only noticed slight diarrhea the 2nd day. But I feel like that was a good thing. Maybe there were worms in there! Didn't want to look.
I'm still trying to sort it all out I am wondering if I should just stick with my normal zince calcium magnesium supplement with my c and e and save the quercitin if I get a cold.
I have a good immune system I work with the public I've been exposed to a lot of things and I rarely get sick.
If I were a horse, I'd start with just a tiny dab the 1st day, to check out how it's tolerated by mouth (say 1/3 the amount of the regular dose for their weight).
Followed by ample water for them, and maybe they can even swersh the gel around in their mouth a bit (to disperse & enjoy its apple flavor, of course, if they have that kind).
And then perhaps do the same the 2nd day. Just easing them into it, and avoiding anything like an initial Herxheimer's effect (from organism die-off, e.g.) - unless a quick/immediate response is desired.
On the 3rd day, they could then enjoy the regular full dose for their weight.
Also I read that horses can sometimes take it w/ something oily, to circulate more throughout their body (or without, to focus more on their GI tract).
Horses I know had ZERO problems, and even seemed perkier.
There are so many threads on this, but no one puts the good info in a concise form. I've been hesitant to add my dos pesos, I've linked to the I-MASK+ protocol before. I'm not a doctor, this is not medical advice, talk to a good doctor.
The "Chronic Prevention" dose is exactly the same as the general dose for horses. Where the instructions say "horse", that's you, just use your body weight.
The "Post Exposure" dose is twice as much. The "Early Treatment" dose is 2 or 3 times as much.
Unless you are very sick, taking more than 2 times as much is probably a waste. Taking more than 1x the dose is generally a waste. The PDF linked above recommends 2x if you've been exposed.
Taking more than 3x the dose, or taking too much in a short period of time, is how people get ill. One person in MS took a whole damn tube, and the tummy ache scared them into the hospital. Don't do that. Take 1x the dose with food, no more than twice a week, unless you have a good reason to take more per the PDF and/or a good doctor's advice.
All of the other medicines/vitamins/etc listed on the PDF are way more important, especially the zinc and quercetin. u/HunnyB linked the Zelenko protocol image, use that for doses.
Very good summary and advice. I am a little against routinely taking it weekly unless you are around a lot of people and think you may actually be exposed. It does take some effort from your liver to degrade.
I agree. I think taking it once or twice to get it in your system is good, see how you tolerate it. Maybe a monthly "booster" after that. Otherwise, I plan to use it as a last-resort, once I've upped all the other protocol meds and still develop a fever.
That whole tube at once would be an overdose! Read the directions, look carefully at the plunger, you should see increments marked but some brand are 250#, some are 100#, some even 50#. This whole tube is for 1250# so divide according to your weight. Half life is 18 hours, if you are sick you could take a second dose in 24-30 hours.
Take it by weight according to the markings. Don't worry about miscalculating the dosage a little. It is a very safe drug.
Ivermectin was generally well tolerated, with no indication of associated CNS toxicity for doses up to 10 times the highest FDA-approved dose of 200 microg/kg.
"Ivermectin, ‘Wonder drug’ from Japan: the human use perspective" Feb 2011
"Ivermectin has continually proved to be astonishingly safe for human use. Indeed, it is such a safe drug, with minimal side effects, that it can be administered by non-medical staff and even illiterate individuals in remote rural communities, provided that they have had some very basic, appropriate training.
Idk I went the quercetin route instead.

Use both
I don't really feel like shitting my insides out, I will stick with the Quercitin

I would just always use q, zinc and vit c. But keep ivermectin on hand just in case of the flu or covid19.
How much you take depends on your weight, here is a link with charts to help you. https://www.quora.com/profile/Gustavo-A-Aguirre-Chang
THIS! And wait for the "kick" 🤣
I see what you did you there........... KEK!! I think a "neigh" would be better...............

DETERMINING THE DOSE OF IVERMECTIN FOR ADULTS (using 15 mg capsule)
50 kgs to 75 kgs = 1 capsule (15 mgs) (200 mcg – 300 mcg / kg body weight)
75 kgs to 120 kgs = 2 capsules (30 mgs) (250 mcg – 400 mcg / kg body weight)
120 kgs & above = 3 capsules (45 mgs) (300 mcg – 375 mcg / kg body weight)
I heard that you don't have to ingest it. spread it on your legs and it can be absorbed. But that is just what I read in a comment.
Put topicals on the "thin skin" -- under arms, boobs, inner thighs.

Worms....watch for worms
Wash it down with something, not great tasting.
Did you end up using the zimecterin and if so how did things go?
